Which areas do you cover?
Agadir city, Marina, Founty, Talborjt and Taghazout Bay. Tamraght/Taghazout village on request. We work in the Agadir area only.
How much do you charge?
Prices are quoted per property — message us for a quote.
Do you need my Airbnb password?
No. We use Airbnb's official co-host access.
Does my holiday let need to be registered?
Yes. Owners need their property registered for holiday letting. Registration stays the owner's responsibility.
Who holds the keys?
A vetted local key-holder, with a lockbox or smart lock where possible.
How do I get paid?
Airbnb/booking platforms pay you directly; we invoice our fee monthly in GBP or EUR.
Who does the cleaning and repairs?
Vetted local partners, each with a backup. Repairs above an agreed limit need your approval first.
Are your airport drivers licensed?
Yes. We only book licensed tourist-transport partners.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight; there is no extra charge for delays.
