1. Full co-hosting
Your listing managed end to end:
listing setup, photos & dynamic pricing; guest messaging & reviews; check-ins, cleaning, linen & damage checks; monthly report & payout statement.
We use Airbnb co-host access, so we never need your password.
Pricing: co-hosting
Full co-hosting: prices quoted per property and service level — message us. Cleaning is paid by guests via the cleaning fee.
Launch offer for the first 3 owners: an introductory rate for the first 3 months, then the standard rate — message us for a quote.
2. Property maintenance coordination
For owners who don't let out, or between seasons:
monthly inspection with photos, airing and leak/damp checks; utility & syndic bills handled (from funds you provide); plumbers, electricians, painters & cleaners booked and supervised; pre-arrival prep: deep clean, fridge stocked, keys ready.
