How Co-Hosting Works for Your Agadir Holiday Let

Owning a holiday let in Agadir is a lovely thing. The city has a long sandy bay, plenty of sunshine for much of the year and a steady flow of visitors from the UK and Europe. But if you live in another city – or another country – the day-to-day running of a rental can quickly become a second job. That's where co-hosting comes in.
What is co-hosting?
Co-hosting simply means having a trusted local partner who looks after the practical side of your holiday let on your behalf. You remain the owner, and in most cases the listing stays in your name on the platforms you already use. We work alongside you: answering guests, organising cleaning and changeovers, meeting people at the door and keeping an eye on the property between stays.
It's different from handing your home over entirely. You decide on the big things – your house rules, your minimum stays, the dates you want to keep for yourself – and we take care of the details on the ground in Agadir.
What a typical stay looks like
Before arrival. We reply to enquiries and booking messages promptly, share clear directions and check-in information, and confirm arrival times. If a guest is flying into Agadir Al Massira Airport, we can arrange a pre-booked pickup so they arrive relaxed rather than haggling at the kerb.
Check-in. Someone local welcomes your guests, shows them how everything works – the hot water, the air conditioning, the Wi-Fi, the bins – and answers their questions. A warm, personal welcome is one of the things guests mention most in reviews.
During the stay. If a tap starts dripping or the remote control vanishes, guests have a local contact who can sort it out quickly. Small problems handled fast rarely turn into poor reviews.
Check-out and changeover. We coordinate cleaning, laundry and restocking of basics, and check the property for any damage or maintenance needs before the next guests arrive. You get a short update so you always know how things stand.
Looking after the property, not just the bookings
A rental that's well looked after earns better reviews and lasts longer. Between stays we can coordinate routine maintenance with local tradespeople, keep track of small jobs before they become big ones, and let you know – with photos – when something needs your decision. Coastal homes in particular benefit from regular checks, as sea air can be hard on metal fittings, paintwork and appliances.
Staying in control
Good co-hosting should feel transparent. You'll know who is staying, when the property was cleaned, and what has been fixed. We'll always ask before spending money beyond what you've agreed, and you can block out dates for your own visits whenever you like.
A note on registration
Before you let your property to holidaymakers, make sure it is properly registered for holiday letting under the current Moroccan rules. Requirements can change, so it's worth checking the position for your own property with the relevant local authorities or a qualified adviser. Co-hosting covers the hospitality and practical side; registration remains the owner's responsibility.
Is co-hosting right for you?
Co-hosting tends to suit owners who:
live outside Agadir, in the UK, Europe or elsewhere in Morocco;
want their property to earn when they're not using it;
care about guest experience and reviews;
would rather not spend their evenings answering messages and chasing cleaners.
Let's talk about your property
If you own a holiday let in Agadir – or you're thinking about turning your apartment or villa into one – we'd love to hear from you. Tell us a little about your property and how you use it, and we'll explain how co-hosting could work for you, with no obligation.
